- Consulting services in technological engineering (customer support at all stages of project implementation, comprehensive advisory services aimed at the development, implementation, and optimization of production and technical processes, including preparation of feasibility studies, development of new technological solutions, and support for production modernization).
- Installation and commissioning of technological equipment (installation, assembly, and connection of equipment in compliance with industry standards, adjustment of operating parameters for specific production tasks, and personnel training on equipment operation).
- Warranty and post-warranty equipment service (technical diagnostics, repair, or replacement of failed components. Warranty service is provided free of charge within the period specified by the manufacturer. Post-warranty service offers technical support and repairs after the warranty period at the owner’s expense, helping to extend equipment service life and prevent unexpected downtime).
- Repair and restoration of equipment operability (repairs are carried out in agreement with the customer and include replacement of worn parts and assemblies, restoration or manufacturing of new components to replace worn ones, adjustment of mechanisms, as well as modernization in accordance with the customer’s technical specifications. Repairs are performed on equipment supplied by SinopharmTech LLC and equipment purchased from Chinese manufacturers).
- Technological equipment diagnostics (a comprehensive set of measures to assess equipment condition, identify defects and wear in order to ensure safety, reliability, compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards, and reduce downtime. Includes quality system audits, performance assessment, wear monitoring, and forecasting of remaining service life to prevent failures and minimize production losses).
- Equipment maintenance (a set of activities aimed at keeping equipment in proper working condition, preventing malfunctions, and ensuring compliance with parameters specified in regulatory and operational documentation; identification and replacement of worn or damaged parts; verification of operating parameters).
- Component replacement (technical diagnostics, sourcing and ordering of original or equivalent spare parts, and installation of new components to restore equipment functionality).
- Software upgrade and modernization (analysis of implemented software systems followed by system upgrades; expansion of equipment functionality).
- Support of product certification activities (assessment of product quality and safety and manufacturing processes; development of research, testing, and measurement programs; conformity assessment based on testing, measurements, and document analysis; visual inspection of welded joints (VT); ultrasonic testing of full-penetration butt welds (UT); dye penetrant testing of fillet welds (PT); hydraulic testing using water-filled specimens).
- Consultations with the manufacturing plant.
